We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Government Contracting to join our team at Zoo Media. As the Vice President of Government Contracting, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy for winning and managing government contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for winning government contracts, including identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing winning proposals.
- Lead the development of proposals and pricing strategies that maximize profitability while meeting customer requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, partners, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to government contracting, including FAR, DFAR, and other agency-specific requirements.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of government contracts, from pre-award activities to contract closeout.
- Manage the performance of government contracts, including monitoring contract performance, identifying issues and risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, including business development, finance, legal, and operations, to ensure successful contract execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
